How to Listen to Your Body

If you feel and truly feel, that is not only the answer to triggering the healing process, but it's the way to follow a healing process all the way through to its end. You don't sort of feel those sorts of feelings any other way. And this body's been around for millions of years, and it knows a lot more than the thought process does in the sense of how to take care of itself. I don't think we should be taking much notice of anything else, although we've got to get there.
