The standard lactate test is basically your your drawn blood as you're doing a specific protocol. There's some newer stuff that's coming out that's agrithmic base, where you're not drawing blood. Sometimes it's more a, you know, inside for example, we're going to get things like vio to max. We're also getting fat max and anarobic threshold, and a bunch of different capacities there. But really, the way i look at it is that it's, it's a decision making tool.
