Why We Need a to-Do List
If we could just remember and sort everything we need to do in our heads, a to-do list would be completely unnecessary. I think the biggest benefit that we can expect from a list is it can help us from trying to do everything all at once. When we start working on projects that are too big to fit into a single work session or require multiple steps, we start running into issues. It isn't going to matter how much time I make for these projects if I don't have any way to organize how I'm completing the steps.
