As we get older, our muscle mass starts to go down each year. We think five minutes can't make a difference, but it absolutely can. I've seen that these small changes, actually the ones that add up. So in my life, as a busy doctor, as abusy father, as aBusy husband, I haven't missed a five minute strength workout a day. That means in a week, I'm doing minimum 35 minutes of strength training, right, and multiply that over four years. But I don't need motivation. It's got to be a 30 minute meditation session. And hopefully that's just one of many examples.
