What's the Difference Between Being King and Getting Rich?

When new partners came on, did they have to effectively sell some of their shares or did you sell some of your shares? We had no problem sharing the wealth and the people that we shared it with earned every dime. Every time we created an opportunity for people, when those people took advantage of that opportunity, we made 10 times that money. So it was a win for everybody.
