The Importance of Understanding the Basic Science of Barbell Training
I feel that if people are just told what to do without even a basic understanding I find that those people aren't the ones that stick to it long-term yeah. It's almost like I kind of liken that type of interaction with training to the people that buy up home gym equipment when it's on sale and then they never use it. Often it's the wrong type of mindset where it's buying something external to give you a result which is absolutely fantastic about calisthenics.
