How Did You Find Your Way to Naturalistic Decision Making?
Olivia is a bar at Nicki Power, who has been involved in the NDM community for quite a few years now. She did this really fascinating dissertation project which was way more interesting than many dissertation projects. What we're doing with that is to try and identify those targetable, trainable type of skills and then devise really direct, like I say, essentially drill and practice ways of targeting those.
