How to Restore Your Plantar Fascia

Your plantar fascia are made up of connective tissue, so it's not muscle. It doesn't really have a contractile component. So we want to start to share the load away from that plantary fascia onto those other structures. By doing that, whether it's from balancing, trigger pointing, getting the toe moving, whatever, that will probably start to modify your symptoms simply because you're starting to distribute load differently.
