How Much Is Too Much?
Is there a point where you can do too much? I think they're kind of is for anything, cause you have the recovery processs. So i try to almost programme like, like, not overdoing things. Could some one go six days? Sure. But the people out there winning training six days. It doesn't mean they wouldn't make gains on four days. Even one day of doing of like working. Heck, if you went one day and worked on some of those,. One day a week is enough to cause changes, for sure.
