Is There a Problem With the Turkish Get-Up?

Exercises that are sort of self-teaching and almost self-correcting in a way which I think is really valuable to making sure that you know your mechanics are there. There's some exercises that I like in one situation but I don't like in another so for example that would be the Turkish get-up. If it takes you four hours of instruction before you can even start something there's issues yes yeah goodYeah So step one if I can teach you an exercise in 20 to 30 seconds that you can use for the rest of your life and be fairly competent with self-corrections I give that a bit of a boost to something I'll focus more on with general population
