Intermittent Fasting and Weight Loss

The headlines were intermittent fasting does not make a difference when it comes to weight loss. The study itself wasn't too bad, but the biggest problem was that they deemed intermittent fasting as 12 hours. I don't think the study didn't have any malintent in where it's just coming from within the diet communities and social media outlets because you're all guilty of picking sides.
