In the early days, i'd actually say only about half of their job is selling. Working cross functionally, it's really important to have strong lationships with our cross functional partners and to be a very clear communicator. I always like to look for people who are willing to jump in and help others out as you grow. And then lastly, in terms of pitfall. Ad something that makes me really nervous as when companies just starting out hiring and loading and loading on the people without having a foundation there. It's so much easier to get it right in the beginning than to try to come in and change at the end.
