I think you're a lot more formal about, like, actively reflecting on your pcific habit than i am. That makes a lot of vents placency. I just have a weekly thing, when i'm doing my, like, planning for the week, the week ahead. And usually ends up boiling down to habits that are either really serving me well or have fallen off a little bit. It's very open endedye, i don't have any like structure around it. You act likely you have, weg more systems than i do. Yes, probablym but i tra it's basically just called like a reflection list.
