The stoic approach would be to say, well, what like actual fun, like, what could we do? Like, maybe you should learn a lesson about next time you need to leave earlier. And that's the same kind of thing that one would do in a stop that we talk about with CBT. So it doesn't come naturally very often and it does require some awareness.
