You have to be able to articulate not only what you were doing, but more importantly, why you're doing it. One of the most successful things that I did back in the early, late 80s, early 90s was when Pfizer was having their first very large turnover. If you can't be clear, then they're not going to follow what you prescribe clearly. It can get muddy really fast.
