The Danger of a Ceiling in E-Commerce
Do you think there's a danger that online retailing has grown very, very fast? One thing I do worry about is we probably in five years' time in the UK will need some sort of system like a locker system for collection. Buying actually from different retailers online creates this cognitive load which has arrived when this is supposed to be due. But how you're going to have everybody unite, I guess in some ways it starts with Amazon, but I don't know.
