Kevin: I just wanted to maybe use my final question to ask about what people can practically do. It seems like exposures are something that they should be doing them on their own, or what are the steps that you would advise people to take on their own in dealing with these issues? Kevin: Any work that people do with the breath, like our last one, making the breath regular through the nose, not the mouth, feeling, the breath extends the belly,. You also want to be feeling it in the chest. If you're not good at feeling things in the chest, the sensations move elsewhere. That gives rise to psychosomatic symptoms such as headaches and back pain.
