i find it sort of interesting, amd, bill, you've done so much research in the space of non linear dieting. And i really like how your sort of studies explore the notion that here you can have this consistent drop in calories achieve fe loss or change it up. My interest in nonir diting was piqued with the ma door study. So 16 weeks of dieting and 16 weeks of taking breakes, they lost, i cantly, more body fat. They they were able to maintain theirmetabolic rates better. That is amazing results. A an fit kind of my paradine for how dieting should be. It doesn't have to be a race.
