Coaching is exclusively in the one on one's and the framework for coaching is what I mentioned before. Trading needs to be simple, simple ideas. You wouldn't be like, we're gonna trade you have like run over there, grab a new statement and come back and go, I'm gonna trade you had a run. And those are all three different things. The third thing is you need to five percent and the fourth thing is follow up. They actually taught me about it too so I started doing this career builder.
