How Much Calories Per Kilogram of Fat Free Mass Should You Need to Be in the Red Zone?

In an ideal world, I would probably try and test people three, three, four times a year. The standard is that 35 calories per kilogram of fat free mass. There are some studies coming through that are showing that actually in some people it could be 40 or 45. So again, it's very much, it is very individual. You can tell when you can start to pick up the signs when you're in reds.
