How to Find the Right Coach
I like a coach that teaches the athletes how to perform and how to how to do everything. So when race day comes, it's almost like you don't even need your coach there. I would also say talk to some of the other athletes that the coach either has coached or is coaching for advice on just what they like or don't like. And be curious, ask a lot of questions.
