The Role of Lactate in Performance Testing

There's a big thing around using lactate with what Norwegian is doing. But yeah, I still think that you probably don't use it as much as being made out in the media. Heart rate and pace or power, those are more accurate to you. So associating them with the actual turn points on the lactate curve. That's probably the best thing you can do... especially if you run outdoors.
