Movement can be an antidote to some of the issues around chronic ifestal disease. So i wanted to create a programm that was one not only meeting the minimum guide lines of health recommendations for movement, but also insuring that you were undertaking such a wide repertoire of movement. And most important, it's designed as a community base programme. There are vidios. There is a community where people are encouraging each other,. People are actually inspiring each other to move. It's designed for people who are couchtate, former couch potatoes, to weakend warriors and those who believe play is going to be ineffective.
