I like the idea of intervening with target supplementation as minimumly as possible, and then trying to get the gut as healthy as one can. And really, i think the same thing goes for going outside. I think every time we buio hack, we make a chemical, a pharmaceutical, we think we know what we're doing, but we really don't. There's there was a natural way that these things were happening. We're not going to go and ask for help unless we're failing in some big way.
