I think probably the most helpful thing was like learning about what's actually going on in your brain. It can be something as simple as some kind of hormone and balancer or something in your brain chemistry is just like the off balance. Reading up on it and then reading other people's stories with talking to people who've gone through it. I suppose you know with design some what's like even even an expert in the topic will tell you if they haven't gone through it themselves. Sometimes people find it quite reassuring to hear from the horses mate you know how things actually were.
