Is Low Carb High Fat Good for Runners?
i could see somebody taking on that from social media and accidentally going into reds because they haven't got enough carbs. We don't want to displace actual carbohydrate with too much fruit and vegetable, because otherwise you could ally fall into reds. But one of the casest is u exactly acont of what happened to elo cab hig fat - she thought she was making really healthy choices but actually went up significantly in carbohydrates. So it is definitely a hat-trick when it comes to low carbohyperian dieting.
