I Can't Stop Working Until Everything Is Done

Seth Godin: I can certainly relate to that sense of I can't stop working until everything is done. We're reinforcing our limbic system or our monkey mind to keep giving us that alarm and to keep reacting to it. And the welcoming breath is to help us to identify the feeling, the sensation in our body,. Then to breathe into it, to soften and surrender to the emotion with the idea of now., this is the action that I'm taking isn't to get rid of the emotion. It's again, that really conscious way of changing our stance towards our emotions. So a behavior strategy that is really good for perfectionists.
