When i'm working, when i'm getting my weight down for an olympic lifting me, i notice my lock out goes in my jerk. I mean, i was pressing it like it wasn't even on there for a long time. And then when i leaned out, it was like i went from 13 rips with my right arm. T wa's kind of funny. Ah, you got to take care of your health, man and a ah. If you can't press the bell as much as you want to, but you your your numbers are in better shape, that's a wind, wind for you. Thank you.
