In an ideal world, we would have three balanced meals a day and hopefully not needing to snack. But I can't stress enough that if you attempt to eat the right foods, after a couple of weeks, your body will really start to notice the difference. And if you if you are craving a snack, then, you know, I'm talking like six to 10 almonds, for example,. or a teaspoon of nut butter with a chopped apple or a snack.
