When i was competing, that was always an indication. If i saw a specific amount of drop off in my ability to do work, tat, say, 20 % drop off from what i would do th beg to work out, i would presume there's some level of fatigue accumulating. Cause i thought i was kind of tipping into these potentially more catabolic, more stressful spaces. I think the rational is there. And just givin the conflicting nature of the research, and giving at least a e logical rational for it,. It's probably not the greatest idea to train in a glacogen depleted state.
