How to Lose Weight in a Mini Cut

With a traditional cut, the widely accepted kind of threshold is half a percent to one percent of total body mass loss per week. Now with the mini cut, because the time duration is shorter, the aggressiveness of the rate of loss needs to be increased so that we end up with more than three pounds lost or something like that. The last thing that I'll kind of touch on here before we take it back over to Brian for some things is the mini cut is very unsustainable. It's inherently shorter at about a maximum of like six weeks per se.
