How to Avoid Oversleeping
There's a lot of studies that show that naps are really good for the brain, but not when it's coupled with someone who is oversleeping. If you're sleeping 10 hours and still feel like you need to sleep, that's just absolutely not normal. And if you're waking up feeling that way after 10 hours of sleep, go to the doctor,. Just ask to be tested for a few things, say, maybe should I have a sleep study done? Because sleep is king if it's quality. There's no point having quantity with no quality, that equates to fuck all. Everything in your life will improve when you nail your sleep health.
