When we take the time to meditate or practise mindfulness, we sort of rise above the thinking mind. We can see those thoughts for what they are. Raidle: When you're so crowded out by our thoughts, when our mind is chewing and stewing on the future, where we just can't let things go,. It has us so tightly, we don't have that breathing space. But when we have a little bit of distance, all the sum there it is opening. I think i'm one of the podcast about like, you know, trying to be a more patient person when you're so congested.
