Why Is It Harder to Fast in the Luteal Phase?

Perimenopause is the 10 to 15 years preceding menopause. It's much easier to fast in the follicular phase when estrogen predominates more insulin sensitive. You can definitely do 12 hours or 13 hours of digestive rest without any issues. And yeah, this is why I don't recommend people weigh themselves every day.
