Most of my ideas come at night and I'm just like frantically typing away ideas or doing various things that sometimes in the last two weeks there are four times I've stayed up till 4am working. So this is very similar to, I love this book Mantle Game of Poker by Jared Tenbler and Barry Carter. It talks about how you can start basically training your memory to associate certain habits with certain actions. And it's actually interesting that you say that you're really creative at night because that's what I tell most of my students is for more logical and structured things earlier in the day is better.
