Why Should I Choose Two Times a Week Versus Four Times a Week?
Not everyone's going to like exercise but just because you don't like it doesn't mean you shouldn't do it. For two days a week, I prefer full body workouts. So for example, let's say you're going to do Monday and Thursday or Monday and Friday, either one. Full body on day one, full body on day two, fullBody on Monday, fullbody on Friday. That's it.
