The Importance of Vitamin D in Baseball
There's still no harm in getting those things done, right? Especially for teams providing it. Vitamin D is one of the ones that is most actionable. I'm not worried about creatinine especially if you're on creatine or something like that. If you collect properly, iron is a good thing to take a look at. And so switching out and looking on and choosing another multivitamin that doesn't have iron is probably quick fix.
