"I'm good at marketing my stuff and it's very hard for me to relinquish that control," he says. "It almost feels like perhaps I can't walk away from that business quite yet, but maybe if I put more of a project manager in there?" He adds: "Unless the goal is to exit the company, if you enjoy doing the thing, then it's like, okay, well, then how can we get the most of you"?
