New year's resolutions have been tested to high heaven, and they are easier to compartmentalise than real goals. But studies show that you're more successful if you make the resolution as a question for yourself or someone else. And then, i think critically, em, put a plan in place that involves a long term vision and short tome actions, and actually write them down and verbalize them. It goes back to basic business coach technique, that it's the person who creates the plan that actually achieves the outcomee suplyn tranges.
