Maximum Overload Training

After years of body part splitting, you started to reassess things. You were introduced to a style of training via the internet called maxo t training. The idea was that at any cost overload from one workout to the next. For example, leg day would have you doing like three sets of squats,. But every set was taken to failure. And all raps, across all exercises, were in the four to six rap range. So sounds kind of bazarrand once a week training frequency and i ran that style of training for about a year. It really forced me to get comfortable with training super hard and really pushed progressive overload. In retrospect, i think it pushed it too hard
