How to Tell if Sleep Quality Is Good

Sleep staging is a convention based on trying to classify brainwaves into different these four different stages of sleep. It was decided upon by a whole lot of guys sitting around a table in 1968. In the intervening 50 years, what we've really learned is for sleep to work well, it's got to unfold like a book. And so that's how I can tell if sleep quality is good, because the story unfolds in the right sequence.
