Most people seem to think that behavioral therapy is like, you have a negative thought, and then you write the negative thought out. But in my experience, actual good CBT is like treating these negative thoughts inside offices,. framing them as hypotheses instead of like taking for granted that they're true. And then like finding evidence, you know, again, some if possible, asking for evidence from friends and family members - always different kind of thing.
