Sitting is such a big deal, inipticaling the japanese way of sitting ther in zazen. It's almost as if we'd exaggerated the problems that members of the general public would have in sitting. And you talking abouthem more t physical, censory import that coming in. But the emotional side is also really important. People do tend to try to sit a way that's right, but it doesn't actually accomplish anything.
