Is It a Good Idea to Make a Business Case?
Yen: It's about leaving a lot of the details out and telling a story. If i'm further down, then maybe it's totally appropriate to dig into all the assumptions that i've made in the business case. But if i'm at an earlier stage, then i might just be talking about a total addressable market. I might not know enough about how much it's going to cost tdeliver that service. Yen: What we want our clients to focus on is, yes, sure, ltheethee, there's revenue to be made here. That's cool. But let's focus on uses. Let's focus on the solution we're designing for users.
