I think one of the main criticisms of things like this nutrition challenges is that after the 75 days, many people go right back to what they did before. So yeah, we have to watch kind of volume and intensity in the exercise selection. I can see people choosing a super low calorie, super restrictive elimination diet. And then they end up binging. They have to restart not because they need quote more fortitude, but they just need a little more sanity in their diet choices.
