The Different Power Duration Curves

I like to combine a lot and maybe I will explain it later in this podcast but yeah there are some some power duration curves. both in the severe domain and the running you said one at least one was in the heavy domain how did that split up in where the which domain they were inYeah on this this phase actually they consisted of different domains I try to come I like to combine  to because I think that enhances the adaptation of training. There are strategies of the body to recruit the different fiber types and and that they play a role in this type of training and adaptation that I try to plan.
