Just Culture and Learning Are Intertwined

Just culture is mostly about unshackling learning from its association with mistakes and errors. Learning, as i would define it, is about reflecting on our practice to determine whether things need to be changed. A learning organization doesn't just tolerate but actively seek feedback from their employees. And that's even when things go well.
