On the on the resting heart rate I feel like I have a little bit different opinion but mostly in the sense of like trends when you see outliers we don't I wouldn't put a ton of stock into them. A lot of times may not be super accurate but I have like from watching what my cause is. The day that I tested positive for COVID so weirdly enough it was I it was actually sensing that I was getting sick with something two days before and that's where it was seeing that happens.
