It's not just the quantity of sleep, but the quality of sleep that matters. Could you talk about some of those areas that most people aren't yet focused on? Gust i think i probably reflect on a moment in time when i advised least athlete to to get a puppy. It's lots of little things like that, from comfort blankets, i smells tosantiary stuff. Still, i sonly found myself coaching in extreme athletes and athletes that have to sleep on the side of a mountain in a sack or single handd round of old sailors or polar expeditions.
