The average number of times that a person checks their phone in a day is a hundred and 60. I encourage people to do something that makes them feel extremely unsafe. But also to just very deliberately schedule a schedule avents and do things in your life that don't involve screens. A the things that we are glad to have accomplished, the things t were glad to have done, the things that built our skills tend to be in non screen time.
